After normal business hours our answering service will direct you to the veterinarian on call or the nearest available emergency clinic.

Appointment Process

• Please call our front desk receptionists to schedule an appointment on 727-546-0005. 
• For your convenience we offer early morning drop off for your pet each weekday.
• Appointments can generally be scheduled a day or so in advance, or if available on the day of calling.  If your pet needs to be seen immediately you will be asked to come in as soon as possible. Upon arrival your pets condition will be assessed and treated accordingly, if we have a full schedule we will work you in with the first available doctor.  An emergency fee may apply at this time.
• All emergencies will be treated as priority at the time they arrive.

Payment Policies

• Payment is required at the time service is rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit.
