Are you ready to open your heart and your home to a new member of the family?
We regularly have kittens and cats available for adoption, and occasionally dogs. The adoption fee is $50.00 and includes a dose of heartworm and flea prevention, up to date vaccinations, and spaying/neutering. At the time of adoption all pets will be current on vaccines and be spayed/neutered. Any further financial responsibilities (including examinations, vaccines, intestinal parasite screening, etc.) will be the responsibility of the new owner once adopted from the hospital. If you are interested in adopting, please contact Sara P. at 727-546-0005.
Monkey is a spayed female black Domestic Shorthair born in June of 2006. We are looking for a very responsible new owner for this loving kitty. She has tested positive for Feline Immunodefficiency Virus (FIV) and must go to a home with no other cats OR with other cats that are also positive for FIV ONLY. Testing positive does not mean she can't live a long and healthy life. FIV is NOT contagious to dogs or humans and is most commonly transmitted through bite wounds from other infected felines. If you are interested in offering this lovable kitty a home please inquire so we can offer you more detailed information on FIV to help you understand the disease further.
